Explorer : menu highlight , sort columns button . Plz hlp w/ their locations

Hi everyone and anyone
I know this is my first post and I'm asking a bit much, but can someone tell me where I can go to edit the color
of these things? Thanks.

Thanks for the tips. For #B, I meant to point at the sort columns headings. (don't know what to call them)
