1,2 sorry I can't see the image.
3,Try to change" Start Menu > Panels > Basic > ProgramsList: CONTENTMARGINS " the third number to bigger.

Start Menu > Panels > Aero > Top > PlacesList.

Change textcolor:color to desired color. Or if that option is not available simply click add property, change type: from bool to color, change the property to textcolor.
