Most of it is in TaskDialog...primarypanel etc.

Some parts seem unchangeable, but according to Spitzen: " just by the way: it is possible to hack the run dialogue to avoid this bug (shell32.dll.mui)"
but that looks like hexing Shocked

But I still don't know how can change them all?
