Need help finding a resource location

Can anybody point me to the resource of the area around the address and search fields for Windows Explorer in Aero Basic? It's the only area in my screenshot that has the ugly baby blue color.

BTW, it would really help if the author of the program posted a tutorial on the website with screenshots and arrows pointing to all the different areas of a window, the start menu and the taskbar and where are they located in WSB. It's really frustrating having to spend so much time searching for things.
