Is there a way to change the background colour where it says "Mixer"

It's either Taskbar+SystemTray>SystemTray>Basic>TrayNotifyFlyout>Footer  or
              Taskbar+SystemTray>SystemTray>Aero>Flyout>Footer

Taskbar & System Tray > System Tray > Basic > Tray Notify Flyout > Header & Footer

Is that the same for all flyouts? Should I make a picture for the smallest and use that for all?  Smiley
