Can I use WSB to change the colors in IE8?

Specifically the colors of the toolbar background, and the tab bar. If possible, also the colors of the related tabs, but I would guess that's more in a dll that belongs only to IE8. Does IE8 get the background colors of the toolbar and tab bar from the msstyle, or not.

Only IE7 does. You'll have to reshack IEFrame.dll for IE8.

OK, can you please tell me what exactly do I have to hack? There's a ton of things inside that file.
