So, does anyone know where to change this text size?

change the size of the font in Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics: ICONTITLEFONT:FONT

It works for me, but it also changes the size of the font in navigation pane for example.

It should work :/

But it won't appear the same size as you define it (it'll scale larger than the pt size), and it is one of the many shared properties in Windows 7.
