[ToolWindow] Left & Right frames need to be swapped.

Hi,

The left and right frames need to be swapped at [Windows and Caption Buttons > Aero > Dwm Window > Frames > ToolWindow].
Right now, importing to the left frame will affect the right and vice versa.
