task item not hovered

Hi everyone

Can somebody tell me please where can I unable the task item square which is missing in the 1st pic ?

I browse taskbar/taskband/ task item and couldn't find where it is located .

It concerns only shortcuts created with new toolbar on the taskbar ( not the ones you can  pinto taskbar )
