This is the second unchangeable, supposedly, black textcolor associated in Vista with Tab>Body talked about in
http://vistastylebuilder.com/forum/index.php?topic=651.0 about the Address Bar Drop-Down Menu text that also can't be changed.
Could never find it after trying for months. Finally gave up though I still think about it all of the time.
If you ever do find it please post your find. Maybe it's different in Win7. I hope. Thanks.
