Ok so I am making my new theme but I have a problem as I am making the taskitembutton with a rounded look but when I hover over a icon the glow for that icon doesn't match the shape anyway to fix this or get rid of that glow part

Nope, not possible at the moment.

Just another reason why Windows 7 is more of a b*tch to skin than Vista.

You can get rid of the color hot tracking by setting transparent:bool to 0 (unticked) however the flash button won't work.
