the problem is, how to find something when you have no idea how this thing is called Smiley in google etc. i found only that this thing is supposedly called folder bar and that matched to nothing.

In the picture the Menu Bar (CommandBarModule>1) is shown. If you have the autohide folder band feature (like I do) then the bar that is hidden is the Menu Bar(CommandBarModule>1). It looks different when hidden or shown (slightly different options). So both are the same thing.

The Menubar is somewhere in Menu (it's an 1 pixel wide graphic with an active/inactive option - 2 pics one graphic)

Sunbeam is right. Lists, Menus+Tabs>Menu>Bar Background + Bar Item. I changed them before, then forgot about them cuz I never use the bar (though it shows up elsewhere but by that time I was off doing other things etc etc). So Menu Bar isn't Command Bar Module (or FolderbandModule). I didn't know that Embarrassed. Always learning something new!

there are two more places for menu-bands in Explorer Windows:

Rebar / Default / Background (testable in ControlPanel Section or Opening "Computer" Window)

and

Rebar/Rebar (testable when opening Music, Pictures etc..)
