Taskbar Height 22px

How is a taskbar set to 22px?

i would like to know that too? why isnt 22pxl in the stylehacks. and is there any possibility to change it thinner than 22 pxl ? to like 18? 19?

Don't quote me on this, but I think it's a culmination of sizing/margin adjustments and a vertically shrunk image.
You can find the real solution by getting two default themes with different taskbar height stylehacks applied to them and run the Difference tool and see where the modifications were made and replicate over to your skin.
