hello,how do i change text color in start menu???,i know its probaply easy but im new to this,we all need some kind of manual

Welcome !
for the right side: Start > StartMenu > Panels > Aero > Top > PlacesList (textcolor and hottracking)
for the left: Start > StartMenu > Panels > Basic > ProgramsList (the same thing)
