Toolbar Locations

I have
2
questions, and I would appreciate any help given. I've been going through the process of elimination for quite awhile now and still cannot find these locations.
1st Question:
I use folders in my favorites/favorites bar (for catagories) to generate popup menus through the "Links" toolbar on my taskbar. I've tried to locate it's location within the "Toolbars Headers & Rebar" tree but cannot find it. I want to style the popup menu's the folders generate. May I please have the location of this?
2nd Question:
Also, if I create a new toolbar and drag that toolbar folder to my desktop top edge to create another bar (a separated toolbar), so I have 2 bars on the desktop (top and bottom) where is it's location in the tree? I want to use it in the same way (for additional links) and style the bar and the popup menus the same way.
Thank you in advance
