Is there any way to change this IE Dl window background to white? 



And this menu bar background to white?

menu bar: Lists, Menus & Tabs > Menu > BarBackground

Mm, thx but this does not change all menu bars, somewhere have to be more...

Yeah, I know, there are several other bar background images:

List, menu, Tabs > menu > bar background
toolbars headers and rebar > Rebar > Rebar
toolbars headers and rebar > Rebar > Default > background
toolbars headers and rebar > Rebar > browser tabbar
toolbars headers and rebar > Rebar >Nav bar> basic > Non top most > background
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Explorer Bar > Rebar > Background

Don't know exactly if these are all, but change them and see, if there are more unchanged bars

Have you tried Control Face Light colour for the grey in the IE Download window?
