Full Window Trasparency in VSB?

Hi, I need to put a transparency value in the maximized window like that hex trick, how can I do it in VSB? And how I can add a glow value for active and inactive maximized window? Thanks for the answers.

Oh, and where are located all the selection boxes in VSB and W7SB?
