CAN ANY AREA BE TRANSPARENT WITH BLUR (aero style)???

Hi
Im new to Vista theming so dont go too hard on me. Im asking the question because i was wondering if this was possible, for instance can i make the Navigation, preview and Detail panel of the explorer window transparent with blur (using the aero features such as color changing and blur) ?

If the answer is yes or maybe, how can i achieve it? This could be interesting.

It can't be changed unless you were to override DWM. Which an msstyle can't do.

Also please don't use all caps in your titles.

It stands for Desktop Window Manager. The thing that controls Aero.

Well if this aero thing is not possible, cant i just make those areas transparent and add an image as background (like a gradient color or a logo)? Or is just transparency not allowed for those areas?

You mean add an image on behind the navigation/address/search bar? If so yeah it's possible. I'll write you a little tutorial tomorrow.
