uxtheme pach for Windows 7 RC?

I 'm going to install windows 7 RC maybe tomorrow, and i would like to know:

- i think i install it with upgrade: vista to windows 7 RC; as i use currently VSB, is it necessary to patch again shsvs.dll, themeui.dll and uxtheme.dll files? Or these files are automatically patched?

- otherwise, it is a uxtheme patcher for build 6.1.7000 ?

when i install a theme (found in deviantart for example), i get the following result:



Why? because the theme donwloaded isn't created for windows 7, only vista?
