What woul;d make doing this is to know loacation of everything in WSB the where abouts for file exployer they have a diagram for that but the rest NOPE

Most of it was in Taskbar & System Tray > System Tray > Basic.
I don't know how much of it you can still change using StartIsBack or StartAllBack. Probably not much.

Taskbar & System Tray > System Tray > Basic > Clock > Time > Normal, Hover & Pressed > TEXTCOLOR
If it's still possible using SIB/SAB.

You mean all that ornamental stuff on the sides?
These are usually found in Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window Shadows
Might be so here. If it is then be careful because those images will be on all window frames not just these.
