how do you make the start menu smaller

Change DEFAULTPANESIZE:RECT sizes: (x,y,width,height).

Right side: Places List

Left side: More Programs, Program List, NSC host, Open Box, Search View.  Stay consistent with changed values.

Okay i have done that but no changes are been taken still to tall i have also resized the hole thing made it smaller still no change gave went into startisback and changed the numbers down to 5 for amount pf programs to be displayed no change there either i got something not set up right

The more stuff you got on it (particularly places List) the taller it's gonna get to show it all
