I don't use SIB.
In 7 you could:
Go to Start Menu > Panels > Basic > Places List > Controls > Logoff Split Button Left and Split Button Right and replace the images with transparent images
or just delete all of the image properties at those locations

Maybe try Start Menu > Panels > Aero(for SIB only) > Places List > Controls > Logoff Split Button Left and Split Button Right?
I don't use SIB so I'm just guessing.

As shown in the attachment, the image was replaced by another one, but it did not remove the other one.

What do you want to do?
Do you want to REMOVE or REPLACE both the left and right sides of the button or just one side?
I told you how to REMOVE both sides which was what you originally asked.
BUT LIKE I SAID: I'M ONLY GUESSING BECAUSE I DON"T USE SIB
Looking at your picture I can only guess that you're sizing type should be Stretch and you don't need the halign property

Hi 3am and EMM I think you can't edit that power button since it depends on Microsoft choice to use some system icons from segoe MDL2 font which is a system font... If you look carefully on SIB icons set you can see some of them used Cheers
