Original Word-document of 'Complete Guide to Theme Building.pdf' ?

According to document properties a user called "Wizzah" created the 'Complete Guide to Theme Building.pdf'

Highly unlikely, but is there anyone out there who owns the original document ? I would like to add the settings for Windows 10, explained here by 3am.
But creating a pdf from a pdf doesn't seem to be a good idea to me (?), that's why I prefer the original.

There wasn't any original document. The PDF was made by someone else.
