Importing Themes

I can not import themes from windows 7/8 / 8.1.
How do I solve this problem?

Good night,
I used WSB's link for windows 1809, but it did not work and still affected the windows explorer, which went totally blank.
Find out what affected the theme I'm using, then delete it and put it back to solve the problem.
I only have, for now, the manual method, item by item, in a theme that is working.
