In 1809:

That background color is Explorer & Shell > Explorer > TreeView > Fillcolor
That textcolor is Fonts & System Metrics > WINDOWTEXT

I fix some but not that annoying font color selected , do you know which setting , I searched in itemviews but didn't found.

In 1809 it's Fonts & System Metrics > HIGHLIGHTTEXT
