Any working patchers?

I haven't been in the themeing scene for a while (since 7/8) and getting back into it now. The problem is, every theme patcher I've tried doesn't work. What is everyone using for v.10.0.15063 Build 15063? Also, I've read that you need to also disable W10 updates, or they break themes? Can anyone fill me in? Would greatly appreciate it.

- for users running AU ( like me ) : UXstyle preview works flawlessly
- for those under 15063 aka 1703 creator update , patch with :
