Can any one point me in the right direction...regarding fonts and system matrix

Hi guys,
New to style builder and Im trying to edit a theme that I like and cant figure out how to fix that the dark theme changes the windows to black in excel and word.  If I change the color from black to white in the following location "fonts and system matrix/color/window" it will change it but then it screws up my dark theme. Any suggestions?
Also, same issue with boxes in firefox are completely black.

Excel and Word take their background color from Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > WINDOW.

I'm not sure because I don't use either of them.
