How can I remove the glow effect in the text?

How can I remove the glow text effect in the following menu
This menu appears when you click the right button on the start button
-Windows 10 TH2

There isn't any glow there in default Aero. So somebody must have put it there.
Go to Unknown > ImmersiveStartDark::Menu > PopUpItem > Hot and get rid of any glow properties.
Go to Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Colors (Globals) and make sure TEXTGLOWSIZE and GLOWINTENSITY have zero values.

Thanks ... I found TEXTSIZEGLOW and GLOWINTENSITY that was causing the problem in: Windows & Caption Buttons> Aero> Window
