Startscreen background

Is there anybody who knows where the default background pic is located ?

I'd like to get some custom one

It's not a picture. It's a color that you make solid or translucent in System Settings.

In your picture it is translucent so you can see a blurred colored part of your wallpaper behind it.

I saw it was possible to set a custom background for startscreen under windows 8.1 that's why I was wondering the same for 10 ....
