Colors for horizontal scrolling bar and adress bar FONT

Was wondering where to edit this horizontal scrolling bar in explorer when you do not display all items in view ?



and the color of the FONT in adress bar ?

Color font
Normal:
Active      Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Breadcrumb > Aero > Normal > Active Crumbs   -Add or change TEXTCOLOR COLOR
Inactive   Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Breadcrumb > Aero > Normal > Inactive Crumbs   -Add or change TEXTCOLOR COLOR

Max:
Active      Address, Breadcrumb, & Search > Breadcrumb > Aero > Max > Active Crumbs      -Add or change TEXTCOLOR COLOR
