less than a pixel ? it's possible ?

Hello,
I'm using a background for my Windows Explorer, i did modify it a bit today, but i wonder if it's possible to make those white lines ( 1 pixel ) more tinier than they are now.
Here is the image :
Location : Explorer & shell > Explorer > Items View > Items View
