In Windows 7 Windows Explorer background color is 252,252,252. While, In Windows 10 Windows Explorer background color is 255,255,255. How can I change it with Vista Style Builder? 3am, Can help me? Thanks a lot.

You mean Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView > FILLCOLOR?

This has been the case since Windows 7. Use these maps for 7 and 8 to look for locations. Most of them are still good in 10
