Hi, i want to adjust the space between the startbutton and the open programs, how would one do this?

You don't have to center them. Here I just pulled the buttons all the way back to the left of the toolbar I put at the right of the invisible start button:

i knew about this allready, but i want it to be implemented in my vs, wich i know is possible, but i can't remember exactly how i did it last time xD

Increase the first content margins value at Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Basic > TaskBand > BackgroundBottom

This works for top and bottom task bars. I don't know about left or right ones
