Hey guys, I have a question. I imported an XP theme and I'm trying to make the Vista version. Im having problems with the View popup menu, see image. Where is that gray button on VSB or where is the that menu background?

Check your settings at [Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Toolbar].
Particularly the FILLCOLOR:COLOR property  Smiley

Just edit the gutter and you can see the change...
