Top is all in Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Items View Header

Bottom is:




Blue: Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Items View > ItemsView > FILLCOLOR
White: Windows 8 (For Testing Purposes Only) > Status Bar Separator > <1>
Orange: Explorer & Shell > Explorer > CommandModule > Button
Red text is Explorer & Shell > Explorer > PreviewPane > Attribute Value > Static > TEXTCOLOR

Unless you are using OldNewExplorer which I think puts it all back in Toolbars, Headers, & Rebar > Toolbars & Headers > Status
