Problem with jumplist fix Windows 8.1

Hey folks, for the life of me I cannot get the jumplist fixed on my latest theme.  I've done it dozens of times before, but it has been awhile so
maybe I'm missing something but can't seem to figure it out.

If anyone wants to have a go at it and look it over I'd be really appreciative.

I couldn't even get your msstyles to save even though I made no changes.

Meanwhile the JumpList looks like nothing I've ever seen before. I tried every fix I know and nothing worked. But even if a fix worked I wouldn't have been able to save the changes anyway.

I recommend you start over again from scratch

Damn, that's too bad.  I have no problem saving it but maybe I should try again.  That sucks.

Went back again and it saved.

Fixed the JumpList. Just change the colors
