I can't read Russian and I don't know that icon.

But if that's the same as what I see in the Security tab of Properties then it is ListView > ListItem and the textcolor can't be changed only the background  Sad

I don't know.

Looks like pictures from some third party software and I don't know what's being picked up from msstyles or how.

The second picture looks like it might be Explorer & Shell > Explorer > PlacesBar. Maybe.
