Ribbon/Aero wizard

Hi all would like some help with some things

firstly im trying to change the text color of the aerowizard to white but it doesn't seem to work



ive tried adding a text color property to AeroWizardStyle > TitleBar

but its not working

Also i really like the ribbon from Windows 8 is there anyway to mod the windows 7 ribbon from so it looks like the windows 8 one as cant stand that baby blue color

is it in the theme file or some other dll

Fonts & System Metrics > WindowText:Color

The ribbon can have a white background and black text (white BTNFACE:COLOR and black BTNTEXT:COLOR) or vice versa.
