Any ways to change this(also in explorer):

I tried that, but it doesn't change the ribbon's text color. Other windows are fine, it's just the ribbon text color remains black when I change it to any other colors.

Hi Panda

I have another question, where/how do you change the text size?
It looks like the text size is 11 pk, I would like to have it in 9 pk.
There are two 11 pk size in Font, Colors, & System Metrics however, changing those two from 11 to 9 does not seems to work.

It's CAPTIONFONT:FONT however metrics don't update in 8 as well so it's best to change it here:
