Places list hover text color

Any idea on how to change this? It currently is unreadable in the theme I'm making:


I couldn't find a map for this part of the start menu :/

Start Menu > Panels > Basic > Places List > Panels > Places List > HOTTRACKING:COLOR changes the textcolor when hovered
