change text of taskbar thumbnails?

Any ways to change the text color of this?:

Taskbar & System Tray > TaskBand > Aero > TaskBandExtendedUI > Horizontal > Thumbnails & Controls > Title >     Textcolor

In my ported theme  the textcolor had been added here >
Windows 8 (For Testing Purposes Only) > Taskband Extended UI > Title-
so if the first location  doesn't work ,take a look at the second.
