1) You want windows 7 like progress bars in 8? Then just export the images at Buttons, Boxes, & Controls > Progress Bars > Normal > Fill ( for colors) and Buttons, Boxes, & Controls > Progress Bars > Normal > TransparentBar > Device Storage Background ( for the background) from 7 and import them into 8. Or make your own.

2) The top is just Windows & Caption Buttons > Aero > DWM Window > Frames > Window > Top

I export the image at Buttons, Boxes, & Controls > Progress Bars > Normal > TransparentBar > Device Storage Background ( for the background) from 7 and import them into 10 (as for 8). But the angles are not "clean"
I feel there is still a trace of "angles" of 10 (square angles)
I can not do as Windows 8?
