ResoIved - Icon size in ribbons in Office 2007/2010 grows up

Hi,

now I have a new problem.
If I switch the Aero style into my current develoded style the ribbons of Office 2007 or Office 2010 (Excel, Word, ...) will change to big icons.

What could be the reason for it?

Know anybody something about it?

OK, I found the solution for it:

It is the menu font size.  I used a font with 14px, Aero uses 9px.
