This make me crazy, how to change the background of the sorted column in Winrar, utorrents and other programs?

Why Windows 10 ? > 7 8 9 ??

It's  Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics >  window:color.
If you use rgb  0,0,0  a part of winrar etc turns grey for some reason,try  rgb 1,0,0  .
