WSB1535B not working for me

Hello guys
i dont get wsb to work on windows 8 pro upgrade 64 bit version
i did all things admin rights  take owner ship
when i open wsb i dont even see the new update WSB1535B
when i click on the Windows Style Builder nothing happens
what do i wrong 
hope you can help me on this
i have instald vsb 1.5.0.0
and copy and paste the files from WSB1535B over it
UltraUXThemePatcher is instald.
its not working for me.

or its only works for the Windows 8 RTM

WSB unfortunately doesn't have an auto-update feature so you'll have to extract the contents of the zip in the announcement thread in a new folder.

Try renaming the localizations folder to something else if you pasted it on top of an existing install, it's caused me problems before.
