Property windows text colors

Pink is Windows 8>Static-add text color property
Green is Buttons,Boxes & Controls>Boxes>Edit>Basic>TextEdit-add text color property

The rest is the same as in Windows 7

I just thought it would do the same that it does in 7 in that it only applied if the window was open at the time, so the color sticks now, even if you reopen the prop dialog again?

Also that theme is amazing!
