The only way I know how is to hex UIRibbon.dll

It might be UIRibbonRes.dll, I can't remember which.

Open the file in a hex editing program like HxD and search for the color that that part is which is FFFFFF. Create backups and a sysrestore because such a even value might be found more than one time and could possibly break it.

Yeah, learned that lesson already :p  Was on a constant login loop. Had to restore my system. XD
