Text colour location help

Hi,

Any ideas where i can find the circled text colour or the background?
Windows 64-bit.

The textcolor is Fonts, Colors, & System Metrics > HOTTRACKING:COLOR

That white background is mostly Lists, Menus, & Tabs > Tab > AeroWizardBody > FILLCOLOR:COLOR
