Normal textcolor in the All Programs tree is Explorer&Shell > Explorer > TreeView > TextColor:Color (you have to ADD this property)

When you click on a folder every textcolor in tree changes to Start Menu > Menus > Aero > Hover:TreeView > TreeItem > Hot

BUT the textcolor on the selected folder changes to StartMenu > Menus > Aero > Keyboard:TreeView > TreeItem > HotSelected > TextColor: Color

1) Click Add Property at Explorer & Shell > Explorer > TreeView ( NOT tree item)
2) under Type choose Color
3) under Property choose Textcolor
4) Click ok
5) Black textcolor will be added. If you want to change it just click the color and change it in Color Palette window

Try this:

1) Remove that textcolor property
2) add one to Start Menu > Menus > Aero > Hover:TreeView > TreeItem > Normal and Start Menu > Menus > Aero > KeyBoard:TreeView > TreeItem > Normal
