Do you know an easy tool to convert png into 32bit bmp

Hello,

in some dll-files you have to use 32bit bmp-files with alpha channel.
Except GIMP I don't know a tool which can convert 32bit png-files into 32bit bmp-files.
Do anybody know a tool to do that easily?
